If Remini kept charging you after you cancelled, check to see if you signed up through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Remini Web.
If it's through Apple, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, log in, find the Remini charge, and ask for a return, saying that the charge kept going even after you cancelled it.
To get your return for Google Play, go to play.google.com, click "Order History," find the Remini charge, and click "Report a problem."
If you cancelled through Remini Web but were still charged, go to remini.ai, log in, and take a picture of the cancellation. Then, use Remini Web Help to send a support report.
Add proof of payment, the date of withdrawal, and the email address that is linked to the account.
