Remini App Made an Unauthorized Withdrawal From My Saved Card

The Remini app has withdrawn ₺250 from my credit card without my permission. This transaction was definitely made without my authorization, using the card saved on my phone. I just checked my bank account and noticed that the payment was processed, even though I did not approve or initiate any purchase.

I am requesting an immediate refund of the amount withdrawn. This is an unauthorized transaction, and I expect a prompt response and resolution from Remini. Such payments should not occur without explicit user consent.
