On July 3, 2025, I downloaded the Remini app, expecting to try it out like any typical trial. However, without my consent or any clear notification, the app charged me ₺249.99 from my account. What’s worse is that the usage period lasted only 7 days—not even a full month.
I never approved this charge, nor was I made fully aware that I’d be billed such a high amount for such a short period. Charging ₺250 for a one-week trial is excessive and feels deceptive. I didn’t knowingly agree to any premium subscription, and yet I was billed like I did.
I am requesting an immediate refund of the ₺249.99 that was withdrawn from my account without clear consent. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further. This kind of unauthorized billing is unacceptable.
