Remini AI Kept Charging My Card Weekly After Account Deletion

For about one and a half years Remini AI has been charging my DSK Bank card every single week, even though I deleted my account and have not used the service or made a single request during this period. The weekly charges are around 8.90–9.99 USD, and they keep being taken automatically from my card. I contacted my bank DSK in Bulgaria, and they informed me that they are only able to refund transactions from the last 120 days. This means that a full year of previous weekly charges, which I did not authorize and which continued after I deleted my Remini AI account, would not be covered by the bank’s refund process. I am extremely dissatisfied with being charged for so long for a service I am not using and for an account that I already deleted. I request that all subscriptions and payments linked to my card be immediately cancelled and that I receive a full refund for the entire period of approximately 1.5 years during which these weekly charges were taken without my consent.
