Remini Charged Me Despite Canceling on Day 1 and Says Subscription Doesn’t Exist

I’m not even sure if Remini has an active support line or phone number because there’s no way to contact them directly. I downloaded the app and subscribed on the first day. It clearly stated that if the subscription is canceled within 5 days, no charges would apply. Since I wasn’t satisfied with the app, I canceled my subscription on the very first day.

Despite this, on July 5, 2025, I received separate SMS notifications for a subscription fee and additional taxes. I contacted Vodafone customer service, and they told me, “We can’t process a refund, and the charges will continue every month.” Even worse, they confirmed that I don’t have an active subscription. So why am I still being charged?

This is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of all charges related to this canceled service. If anyone else has dealt with this or knows how to stop it, please reach out. Remini must stop charging users for subscriptions they already canceled and explain how to permanently stop these unauthorized charges.
