I Face Unauthorized Weekly Charges From Remini After Canceling Subscription

I previously purchased a subscription through the Remini app and used it for about two weeks before canceling it. However, despite canceling, weekly payments have continued to be withdrawn irregularly from my account for nearly four months. I’ve checked my subscriptions multiple times both through Google Play and within the Remini app, but there is no active subscription showing anywhere.

The payments are being withdrawn from my Garanti Bank account, and since I can’t see the exact date I canceled, I’m unable to determine the total amount charged so far. I haven’t yet contacted either Remini or Google Play customer support.

I request a full refund for all unauthorized charges and the complete termination of my subscription. I also expect a clear explanation and resolution regarding why the cancellation did not take effect.
