Remini Charged Me During Free Trial

I downloaded the Remini app via Google Play and started using it because it offered a 1-week free trial. I never exceeded the 7-day trial period — I deleted the app and canceled my subscription before the trial ended. However, on September 22, 2025, ₺124.99 was withdrawn from my bank card. Charging a user while the free trial is still active is completely unacceptable.

I have not yet contacted customer service, but I am requesting an immediate refund of the amount taken. This payment was unauthorized, and I have proof that the cancellation occurred within the free trial period.

If my refund is not processed promptly, I will consider taking legal action. I demand that Remini return my money immediately and ensure that such issues do not happen to other users.
