Remini Pro Subscription Kept Charging My Phone Bill After Cancellation
I started a Pro membership on the Remini app using the 1-week free trial option. However, before the week was over, I canceled the subscription and deleted the app. Despite this, I have been charged three separate times over the past two weeks — ₺629 last week and ₺327 this week, totaling a significant unauthorized amount.
These payments were charged to my Turkish Telekom mobile bill (last 4 digits of my number: 3556). I canceled the subscription both through the app and via mobile payment settings, and I also contacted Türk Telekom customer service. They confirmed that mobile payments were disabled, yet the charges continued regardless.
I live in Kütahya, Turkey, and this situation has caused me great frustration. I am requesting a full refund of all unauthorized charges and a thorough investigation into why payments continued even after cancellation.
