Remini Charged Me ₺500 After I Canceled My Free Trial Subscription

After signing up for the 1-week free trial of the Remini app, I canceled my subscription on time, fully expecting not to be charged—as promised. But to my shock, Remini still withdrew ₺250 two weeks in a row, totaling ₺500 that they took from my account without any justification.

What kind of system is this? I followed all the rules, canceled the subscription properly, and still got charged. This isn’t just a billing error—it feels like theft. Is the only solution now to go back to using button phones or live in a cave to avoid being exploited by shady apps?

Where is the accountability? Who do we even speak to when a company takes our money without permission? I demand a full refund of the ₺500 that was unfairly taken from me. Remini must stop these unauthorized charges and offer real customer support to resolve these issues immediately.
