Remini App Overcharged Me and Canceled My 3-Day Free Trial

On September 16, 2025, I purchased a weekly plan through the Remini app on my iPhone. During the purchase process, the weekly price was clearly shown as ₺39.99, and it was stated that there would be a 3-day free trial period. However, as soon as I completed the payment, the plan started immediately, and I was charged ₺249.99 per week instead. The payment was made by credit card, and my transaction ID is MQFG6XT4ZB.
I was not able to use the free trial period at all, and the amount charged was far higher than what was advertised. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I have not yet contacted customer service about it.
I am requesting a full refund of the overcharged amount and for the issue to be resolved promptly.
