Remini Charged My Account $6 Per Week Without Our Consent

All Remini subscription payments used by my spouse are billed to my account, which is how we normally handle payments. However, recently—even though we have not been using the app and canceled the subscription after the free version ended—we noticed automatic weekly charges of $6 for Remini through the App Store.
These charges were taken five to six times between late October and early December. Although the subscription appears under my spouse’s Apple ID, the charges have continued without our knowledge or consent. We have also canceled the subscription again via the App Store subscriptions section.
For a subscription we did not use and were not aware was active, I request that all unauthorized charges be fully refunded, and that the subscription be completely terminated, with a clear assurance that no further charges will be made.
