Remini Double-Charged My Apple ID for the Same Weekly Plan
I purchased a Remini Pro Weekly subscription through the App Store on my iPhone 11. However, even though I had only one active subscription, I discovered from my credit card statements that since July 4, 2025, I have been charged ₺249 every week for a total of 12 times over three months. The payments were processed through my Apple ID using my bank credit card.
I have already canceled my subscription, and it currently shows the end date as September 26. I have not yet contacted Apple or Remini customer support about this issue. The problem occurred in Samsun, Turkey. Being charged repeatedly for a single subscription has caused me serious financial inconvenience and frustration.
I request the complete cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of all excess charges that were wrongfully withdrawn. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
