Remini Free Trial Turned Into Hidden Weekly Payments

In February 2024, I started the 1-week free trial of the Remini app on my Android device. I deleted the app before the trial period ended and never used it again. However, I recently discovered that my card has been charged ₺124.90 every week, totaling approximately ₺3,500–₺4,000 to date. The payment descriptions show “Google bending spons” instead of the word Remini, which made it difficult to identify where the charges were coming from. Because of this, I only realized what was happening after months.

We are a low-income family, and this situation has caused us serious financial distress. I believe that this app’s payment system has misled and harmed many users in the same way.

I am requesting a full refund of all unauthorized payments and that the necessary action be taken against this misleading billing method.
