Remini Charged Me ₺249 Weekly Without Consent Despite Not Using the App

I downloaded the Remini app just to test it out, since it advertised a one-week free trial. I used it only once on the first day, then never opened the app again. Despite this, Remini has been charging me ₺249 weekly for the Pro version without my approval. I never opted in for automatic renewal, nor did I select any paid subscription plan.

To make matters worse, they didn’t even charge the monthly rate that’s listed in the app—they went straight for the more expensive weekly option, which I never authorized. I only noticed when reviewing my account and saw that these payments have been withdrawn since May 10, 2025.

This is unacceptable. I demand a full refund of all unauthorized charges. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will take legal action. Remini, stop charging people for services they didn’t agree to and never used. Refund my money now.
