I subscribed to the Remini app for ₺249.99, thinking it was a single, straightforward plan. However, the app charged me for two separate subscriptions—something I never authorized. To make matters worse, within just one month, I was charged a total of four different times, all without my knowledge or approval.
I reached out to Apple Support to request a refund, but my request was rejected. I’m now left having paid nearly ₺1,000 for a service I only intended to use under a single subscription.
This is unacceptable and feels like I’m being taken advantage of. I demand a full refund of all duplicate and unauthorized charges, and I expect Remini to fix this issue immediately. Charging users multiple times for the same service is unethical and needs to be addressed now.
