To find out why you were charged by Remini even though you didn't join, you should first check to see if the charge came from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Remini Web.
To get your money back from Apple, open your iPhone's settings, go to Apple ID > Subscriptions, and tap "Report a Problem" (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Visit Google Play's Order History, find the Remini charge, and click "Report a problem" to ask for a refund and explain the charge that wasn't allowed (play.google.com).
If the charge was made on Remini's website, use the email you think was used to contact Remini's online support and ask for a refund.
