I did not make any purchase or subscription related to the Remini app through Google. However, yesterday around 4:00 PM, an unauthorized charge of $14 was deducted from my account. I did not purchase any package or start any membership within the app, yet this transaction was processed without my knowledge or consent.
This unauthorized charge has caused me both financial inconvenience and serious security concerns. I have not yet contacted my bank or Google Play support regarding this issue, but I request that this matter be urgently investigated.
I demand that the unauthorized $14 charge be immediately canceled and fully refunded to me. I also request that all necessary security measures be implemented to prevent any further unauthorized transactions on my account.
Additionally, I expect a clear explanation—either in writing or through the application—regarding how this transaction occurred, and I want assurance that similar issues will not happen again.
