I downloaded the Remini app through the Play Store. However, even though I never subscribed or signed up for any membership, I noticed that charges have been applied to my mobile bill for the past two months. Last month, approximately $22 was charged, and this month around $16, making it two months of unfair billing.
I do not accept these charges, as I did not start any subscription or give any approval. I object to these transactions and request that both Remini and the Play Store investigate why these charges were made.
I demand a full refund of all amounts charged to me, that any subscription associated with my account be immediately canceled, and that I be informed about the outcome of this issue as soon as possible.
