Remini Free Trial Turned Into an Annual Charge

On May 21, 2026, I started Remini's one-week free trial. The app indicated that the trial would end automatically and that I would not be charged, so I relied on that information and continued. However, later that same day, May 21, Apple charged my card approximately $28 through the App Store for an annual Remini subscription.

As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately canceled the subscription and requested a refund from both Remini and Apple through the App Store. My refund request was denied. I do not believe it is fair to be charged for a full annual subscription when I signed up believing it was a free trial, especially since I barely used the app.

Because I relied on the app's representation that the trial was free, I believe I was unfairly charged. I respectfully request a full refund of the approximately $28 annual subscription fee that was charged to my card.
