Remini Free Trial Resulted in an Unauthorized Charge
A few days ago, I accepted a one-week free trial offer in the Remini app on my iPhone. Even though I never knowingly authorized any paid subscription, I was charged approximately $5 through my Vodafone Pay account on May 9, 2026, at 12:31 p.m., and the charge was also added to my Vodafone bill. I do not accept being charged for a service that was presented as a free trial without my knowledge or consent.
I am a student, and this amount is not insignificant for me. I also do not intend to continue using this service. Using the Apple ID associated with s*@icloud.com**, I submitted a refund request through Apple's support system, but my request was denied. I feel that I have been treated unfairly because I never approved this charge.
I request that my Remini subscription be canceled immediately and that the approximately $5 charged through Vodafone Pay be credited back to my Vodafone bill and fully refunded to me. I also ask that this unauthorized charge be investigated and that my financial loss be resolved as soon as possible.
