Unauthorized Charges From “Google Remini” on My Bank Card
About two months ago, my bank card started being charged without my consent under the name *Lıdıo / Google Remini. The first unauthorized charge was ₺309, followed by two more payments of ₺224 each this week. These transactions occurred at random times, even while I was asleep or outside, and I have never subscribed to or purchased anything from this service.
I have no active membership or subscription related to Remini or any Google-linked service. My card is still in my possession, and I have receipts and transaction notifications confirming these payments. It is clear that these charges were made without my authorization.
I am requesting a full refund of all the unauthorized amounts withdrawn from my account and an investigation into how these charges occurred without my consent. This situation has caused both financial and emotional distress, and I expect immediate resolution from the responsible parties.
