Remini Subscription Charged Me Without My Knowledge
Even though I never intentionally subscribed to the Remini app and have not actively used it, I recently discovered that my Ziraat Bank debit card has been charged every week since September. Because my bank statements only showed "Apple" as the merchant, I did not realize for a long time that these recurring charges were for Remini.
So far, approximately $145 has been withdrawn from my account. After discovering the issue, I contacted both Apple and Remini support, but I have not received any response. I also reviewed other customer complaints and found that many people have reported similar experiences, with many saying their refund requests were denied. That is why I wanted to formally report my situation as well.
Since I never knowingly authorized a subscription and have not actively used the app, I believe these recurring charges were made unfairly. I request a refund of the entire $145 that has been charged to my card since September. If a full refund is not possible, I ask that at least a substantial portion of the amount be refunded. I also request that the subscription responsible for these charges be canceled immediately. Even a partial refund would help reduce the financial hardship this situation has caused.
