I Got Charged Without My Consent by Remini on My iPhone 11
I use an iPhone 11, and I recently discovered that weekly charges of ₺249.99 have been withdrawn from my saved credit card via the Remini app, which is linked to my Apple account. These unauthorized payments started around November and have continued for approximately 34 weeks, totaling a shocking ₺8,499.66—all without my knowledge or approval.
I immediately contacted Apple Support to explain the situation in full detail. Unfortunately, they declined my refund request, claiming they couldn’t help. I also tried reaching Remini’s customer service, but received no response whatsoever.
I never knowingly subscribed to Remini’s paid services, and I find it completely unacceptable to be billed for something I didn’t approve. Apple should be accountable for purchases made through its platform, especially when linked to a stored payment method.
I demand a full refund of the ₺8,499.66 that was charged to me without consent. Apple and Remini must take responsibility and offer a resolution for this serious issue. Consumers need stronger protections against hidden or unauthorized subscription practices.
