Remini Premium Subscription Activated Without My Approval
On August 25, I noticed a ₺878.50 charge on my Türk Telekom bill for a Remini Premium subscription. However, I never clicked to subscribe to any service or gave any form of consent within the app. I believe this transaction occurred completely without my authorization.
When I contacted Remini customer service, they only provided general billing information and failed to give a satisfactory explanation for why the charge appeared. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and I have not yet initiated any cancellation or refund request.
I am convinced that this subscription and payment were made without my approval. I request that the charge applied to my line (ending in 5385*110)** be canceled immediately and that the amount be refunded to my account.
