Remini Unauthorized App Store Purchase Refund Request

On April 21, 2026, a one-time payment for the Remini app was made through the App Store without my knowledge or authorization, and the charge was added to my Türk Telekom mobile bill. I did not make this purchase. It was made while a guest's child was using my phone.

After discovering the transaction, I submitted a refund request through the App Store, but I have not received any response so far. Since this purchase was made without my knowledge or consent, I do not accept this charge.

I request that this charge be canceled in full and removed from my Türk Telekom bill. I also ask that this matter be investigated and that I receive a response as soon as possible.
