I Demand Refund for Unauthorized Remini Transaction

While using the Remini app, I noticed today that a charge of $23 was made from my Ziraat Bank card without my knowledge or consent. I did not approve any subscription, package purchase, or free trial; therefore, I consider this transaction unauthorized and unfair.

I request that the $23 charged to my card be refunded to me as soon as possible. Additionally, I demand that any subscription or service associated with my account be fully canceled. I would also like to receive clear information regarding this issue and expect my grievance to be resolved promptly.
