Remini Charged Me After I Deleted the App
About a week ago, I downloaded the Remini app on my iPhone and tried enhancing a few photos. After that, I deleted the app from my phone and never started any subscription. However, on June 7, 2026, at 6:17 a.m., I received a notification from Apple stating that my account had been charged. I was not even awake at that time, and the Remini app was no longer installed on my device.
After checking my purchase history, I discovered that I had been charged approximately $5 for a Remini Pro Weekly subscription, and the app shows the subscription as if I had activated it myself. I do not understand how the app was able to charge my payment method or how a subscription could have been started when the app was no longer installed on my phone. The Apple order number for this transaction is MSD46M2M1Z.
I tried to contact Remini customer support but was unable to reach anyone, so my issue remains unresolved. I request that this subscription, which I believe was activated without my knowledge or explicit consent, be canceled immediately and that the approximately $5 charged to my account be refunded in full.
