Please Cancel My ReelShort Subscription

I have an active ReelShort subscription that I purchased via the iOS App Store on 08-15-2026, and I want both the cancellation of this subscription and a refund of the amounts charged. Although I have tried every option I could find, I have not been able to cancel the subscription. The cancellation is not possible via the ReelShort site and I could not complete it through my Apple ID subscriptions either, so I am effectively stuck with a service I do not wish to continue using. I request that my ReelShort subscription be cancelled immediately and that all related charges be refunded to me. I kindly ask for written confirmation once the cancellation and refund have been processed.
