ReelShort Unauthorized Charges From A Canceled Subscription

I had a subscription with Reelshort which I canceled through my Apple ID, inside the app, and in every other way I could find. Despite this, Reelshort has continued to charge my card directly, not through the Apple App Store. I first canceled my subscription about three months ago, yet I have still been charged every two weeks since then. These payments appear as Reelshort charges on my card, and one example is a pending transaction for $22.99 on August 29, 2026 at 10:30 PM through my OnePay debit card. In total, these unwanted payments now amount to approximately $140. My Reelshort account is registered with the email address tlwithersjr**@gmail.com. I want all unauthorized recurring charges to be stopped immediately, my subscription to be fully canceled on your system, and a full refund of all charges taken after the date I first canceled the subscription. I request that my issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible and that I be informed in writing of the outcome.
