ReelShort Subscription Canceled but Charge Still Taken

I had a weekly subscription with the ReelShort app which I canceled approximately three weeks ago. In the application it clearly appears that I canceled my subscription and that it ended on September 10, 2026. Despite this, today September 14, 2026 I was charged again 29.99 USD for the same subscription, even though it was already canceled weeks ago. I do not understand why this charge was made after the cancellation was confirmed in the app. I request the immediate refund of the 29.99 USD charged today and that my subscription be definitively canceled, blocking any future charge related to ReelShort, so that this situation does not happen again.
