I Have Closed My Account But You Still Charge!!

I have an account with Realshortw under the email address christer.o***@telia.com. Yesterday there was a withdrawal of 369.84 SEK from my bank account which I did not authorize and I do not understand why this transaction was made. I have not been able to reach Realshortw customer service because I do not know how to contact them, so I am bringing the matter here. I attach my bank statement screenshot where the transaction can be seen. I request a full refund of the 369.84 SEK that was taken from my account and I also want my Realshortw account to be closed so that no further withdrawals can be made.
