Reelshort Charges Customer $12.99 After Subscription Cancellation

I had previously unsubscribed from the Reelshort subscription, yet today I received a bank notification that an amount of GHS 156.65 (12.99 USD) was deducted from my account without my consent. I had not requested any new subscription or purchase at the time of this transaction, and I was not using any paid feature. This charge is clearly unauthorized, as I had already cancelled my subscription some time ago and did not agree to any further payments. Until now I have not been able to get any explanation because I have not yet contacted either Reelshort support or my bank; instead, I am first submitting this complaint so the situation can be checked and resolved. I request that this unauthorized payment be fully refunded to my account, that my subscription be completely cancelled if it is still seen as active anywhere in your system, and that you provide written confirmation that no further charges will be made without my explicit consent. I also ask you to review my account and payment history to ensure there are no other hidden or recurring payments. I would like this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible and to be informed in writing of the outcome.
