ReelShort Charges Continue After Cancellation and Account Deletion

I am writing regarding unauthorized subscription charges related to the ReelShort service. Despite cancelling my subscription and deleting my account, ReelShort has continued to attempt to take money from my bank account. In total there have been three payment attempts for the same subscription, each for 54,11 PLN. One of these transactions was cancelled, another was on the 12th of the month, and the most recent successful charge was on 16.09.2026, as shown on my bank statement where a payment to “ReelShort-137299463” appears for -54,11 PLN. I did not receive any confirmation of cancellation or account deletion by email or inside the app, even though I followed the steps to cancel and permanently remove my account. I request a full refund of all amounts taken in connection with this subscription and an immediate and definitive cancellation of my subscription, with written confirmation that my account is deleted and no further charges will be made to my bank card.
