Realshort Unauthorized Charges: Requesting a Full Refund

I was charged twice on consecutive days through a website called Realshort without my knowledge or authorization. On June 27, a charge of approximately $9 was made from my Yapı Kredi Bank account, and on June 28, another charge of approximately $9 was made from my Enpara account. These transactions were not authorized by me, and I did not give any payment instructions.

I have been seriously affected by having unauthorized charges made from two different bank accounts within a short period of time. I have supporting evidence, including transaction receipts and screenshots, and I can provide them upon request. If this continues, I am considering closing my account completely and stopping use of the website altogether.

I request that Realshort urgently investigate these unauthorized transactions, fully refund the amounts charged from my Yapı Kredi and Enpara accounts on June 27 and June 28, and take all necessary security measures to prevent anything similar from happening again.
