I am writing regarding unauthorized charges taken by Reelshort through my Apple account on May 24 and May 31 for a total of 36.95 each time. I did not approve these payments and only noticed them afterwards on my statement. As soon as I realized the issue, I canceled the Reelshort app subscription and contacted Reelshort by email, but I have not received any helpful response or resolution, and the situation remains unresolved. I request a full refund of the total amount of 36.95 and written confirmation that my subscription is canceled and that no further charges will be made to my account. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
