Reeder S19 Max Pro S Edge Won't Turn On or Charge


I'm utterly baffled by the fact that my newly purchased S19 Max Pro s Edge phone won't turn on or charge. Why am I encountering such an issue with a brand-new device? Especially during a time when first impressions matter significantly, facing a defective product right off the bat couldn't be a bigger mistake for a company. It's beyond comprehension how they're subjecting their customers to such inconvenience. If it were a café, I wouldn't sit there again; if it were a store, I wouldn't make a purchase. My sympathies go out to their employees, especially customer service, as they must deal with countless frustrated customers every day.
