I Face Poco X6 Pro Software Bug Preventing Charging After Power Drain
I purchased a Poco X6 Pro 5G smartphone from Doğan GSM Çanakkale on November 15, 2024, and since the day I bought it, I’ve been experiencing a serious issue. When the phone’s battery runs out completely, it refuses to charge, even though there’s no problem with the charger. The device won’t turn on for about an hour, and this problem occurs every single time the battery dies, severely disrupting my daily use.
I believe the problem is software-related, not a hardware defect. It seems like an iPhone-like software system was installed on an Android-based device, which doesn’t make sense to me and has negatively affected the user experience. I haven’t contacted customer service or an authorized repair center yet because I’m convinced this is a firmware issue that can’t be fixed by basic service procedures. My device is still under warranty.
My expectation from the brand is that my device be replaced, if possible. I kindly request that this issue be resolved and that my inconvenience be addressed promptly.
