Reeder S19 Max Pro S Keeps Breaking Down and I’m Left with Costly Replacement

I got a Reeder S19 Max Pro S smartphone, and in less than a year, I had to replace it four times. Two of those replacements I had to pay for, and the other two were covered for me. I really expected the new phone to hold up, but just three months in, it started acting up again. I reached out to customer service, and they told me to drop it off at the store for technical help. So, today I found out that they can't help me with any technical support. My choices are to either shell out for a new replacement or just take the phone as it is. This whole experience with Reeder has disappointed me, especially after getting several replacements. I'm regretting picking this brand because the ongoing problems have caused way more hassle than it's worth.
