Defective Reeder S23 Pro Max Phones, No Refund!



On January 23, 2024, we bought two sets of the S23 Pro Max product from Güneşli Park store, taking advantage of a promotion: buy one, get one free, including 2 unbreakable screens and 2 cases. After installation, we experienced a loss of sound during calls, and during WhatsApp video calls, our voice wasn't transmitted properly, leading to misunderstandings. Additionally, the camera was malfunctioning, capturing images with a reddish tint. It's evident that the product we received differs from what was displayed in the store, and we suspect it's defective. Within 3 days, we returned the product, fully intact, to the store, requesting a refund, but were told it needed to be sent to the service center. Despite being informed that the software was fixed within 2 days at the service center, it's been weeks since then, and there's been no progress. Our items are still at the branch, and our issue remains unresolved. We've paid our credit card bill but haven't resolved the problem. No one seems to be addressing our concerns. I demand an immediate refund for these products and will escalate this matter to relevant authorities if necessary. I expect assistance and support in resolving this issue promptly.
