Reeder S23 Pro Max Persistent Quality Issues
On October 21, 2023, I purchased two Reeder S23 Pro Max white phones from Trabzon Rubenis shopping center. Both phones have multiple issues. The speaker produces crackling sound, the voice during calls cuts off intermittently and sounds very faint and muffled. When taking photos, the resolution is extremely low, nowhere near the advertised values, resembling those of ordinary cheap tablets. The battery level shows sudden fluctuations, dropping from 100 to 85 abruptly, and when plugged in at 15%, it reaches 90% within five minutes. When I visited the dealer where I bought them, they kindly replaced both phones with new ones on January 2, 2024, but the new phones have the same problems. Especially, the call quality is crackling and the voice is faint and deep, making it difficult for the other party to understand, so I have to constantly repeat myself or restart the phone. Ultimately, I am disappointed with the Reeder brand. Despite being advertised as a local and national brand, I have not received satisfactory service from these phones, so I have returned to using a Samsung phone I purchased eight years ago, which provides better performance. Upon further investigation, I learned that they are manufactured in the old tobacco warehouses in Samsun 19 May district. I am disappointed. I demand compensation for my grievances. Additionally, I advise consumers against purchasing these phones.
