I Was Charged for Razer Gold Without Consent Using Another Person’s Card on April 17

April 19, 2025 6:10 PM41

On April 17, 2025, multiple unauthorized transactions were made in my name for Razer Gold purchases, using a credit card that doesn’t even belong to me. One transaction was for ₺1049, and three others were for ₺3148 each—all processed without my knowledge or consent. The confirmed order number is 10145323705.

I immediately contacted support to cancel the transactions, but my cancellation request was rejected. Another attempted order (10145328438) was rejected by the system, but that doesn’t change the fact that a serious breach occurred.

These purchases were made without my approval, using someone else’s payment method, and I am now being held responsible for them. This is deeply concerning and completely unacceptable for a platform dealing with digital goods and sensitive financial data.

I demand a full investigation into these unauthorized charges and expect the transactions to be canceled and refunded immediately. Razer Gold must take responsibility for protecting customer accounts and stopping fraudulent activity. Do not ignore this.
