I Received Invalid Razer Gold PIN Codes from Hopi App and Razer Offers No Support

On May 31, 2025, I placed a large Razer Gold order through the Hopi app, totaling around ₺5500. I purchased PINs in amounts of ₺10, ₺25, ₺50, and ₺100. The codes were delivered to my email on June 1 without issue. However, when I tried to redeem them on Razer Gold’s official website, I got a “Invalid PIN” error for every single code, as shown in the attached screenshot.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems. Over the past two months, at least 10–15 codes per order have either been already used or came with some error. But this time, all the codes were invalid. I contacted Razer Gold support, only to be met with a completely unhelpful response. They requested order numbers and serial codes, but I made the purchases using over 100 different phone numbers—many of them from friends and family—and there’s no way to trace them back individually.
To make things worse, Hopi doesn’t provide any serial number or useful information in their receipts. This entire situation has left me feeling scammed by a company I used to trust. I’ve been a regular customer, but this experience has completely shattered my confidence in both Razer Gold and the Hopi platform. I no longer believe they are acting in good faith, and I will absolutely not purchase from them again.
Razer Gold must either issue valid replacement codes for my entire ₺5500 order or provide a full refund immediately. Anything less is theft.
