I Paid ₺1958 for Razer Gold but My Balance Is Still Pending and Not Delivered

I purchased ₺1958 worth of Razer Gold, but the balance is still marked as “pending” and hasn’t been added to my account. It’s been a while now, and there’s still no sign of the amount being credited. This is not what I expected from a platform like Razer Gold.

If I had known the process would be this slow and unreliable, I never would have made the purchase here. On top of that, customer support is extremely slow to respond. I’m left waiting without any updates, and it’s incredibly frustrating.

I need this issue resolved immediately. Either credit the ₺1958 Razer Gold to my account or issue a full refund without any more delays. I’m tired of waiting and being ignored. Please take responsibility and fix this now.
