I Paid ₺1000 for Razer Gold on Epin Site but Didn’t Receive the Codes After 24 Hours

I purchased ₺1000 worth of Razer Gold from an e-pin website, expecting to receive the codes shortly after payment. However, it's been over 24 hours and I still haven’t received anything. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that they continue selling products they clearly don’t have in stock. It feels like they’re knowingly deceiving customers just to take their money.

I reached out through their live chat support, but no one responded. Worse yet, they blocked me when I followed up. It’s outrageous to treat paying customers this way. What kind of business sells digital goods they can’t deliver and then silences those who complain?

Given the number of similar complaints online, it's shocking that no investigation has been launched against this platform. I demand that the company either send me the Razer Gold I paid for immediately or issue a full refund. If they continue to ignore this, I’ll escalate the issue to consumer protection authorities. Enough is enough—this kind of behavior shouldn’t be allowed to continue.
