Trendyol completely messed up my digital purchase. I ordered a total of ₺2850 worth of Razer Gold, expecting to receive 5 x ₺500, 1 x ₺250, and 2 x ₺100 PINs, as clearly stated in my order (No: 10165897269). But instead, I received only 8 x ₺100 codes—adding up to just ₺800! That’s a massive difference, and I’m missing ₺2050 worth of Razer Gold.
This kind of mistake is unacceptable, especially from a platform as big as Trendyol. I paid for specific denominations and expected a proper, accurate delivery. Sending me completely different values is not just careless—it’s outright negligent.
I demand an immediate correction and full delivery of the remaining Razer Gold codes I paid for. Ignoring this issue or delaying the resolution is not an option. Trendyol needs to fix this now and take responsibility for fulfilling digital orders correctly.
