On February 2, 2024, at around 6:39 PM, ₺200.15 (charged as $200.15) was withdrawn from my credit card by Hellcase. I have never visited this website, never signed up for any service from them, and certainly never authorized this payment. This transaction was completely unauthorized, and I am outraged by the fact that such a charge could be made without my knowledge or consent.
In these financially difficult times, such an unjust deduction is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of the full amount that was wrongfully taken from my account. I have already contacted my bank to report this transaction and am prepared to escalate the issue through all available legal channels if my money is not returned promptly.
Hellcase must take full responsibility for this unauthorized charge and act immediately to correct their mistake. I expect to see the refunded amount back in my account without delay.
