I Received Invalid Razer Gold PIN Codes from Hopi App and Razer Offers No Support

On May 31, 2025, I placed a large Razer Gold order through the Hopi app, totaling around ₺5500. I purchased PINs in amou...nts of ₺10, ₺25, ₺50, and ₺100. The codes were delivered to my email on June 1 without issue. However, when I tried to redeem them on Razer Gold’s official website, I got a “Invali
