It’s been 4 days, and my crypto investment with Rainturk still hasn’t been reflected in my account. There’s no phone support, and when I contacted the representative through the support section, they claimed the funds were stuck in the network and would appear in my account soon. However, it’s been 2 days since then, and I’ve only received one email asking for a screenshot of the TXID link, which I find absurd given that they’re already aware of the issue. Despite sending the TXID code to the representative 3-4 times and emailing it again today, I’m told they can’t evaluate it because they’re outside of working hours. This exchange has been a huge regret. I expect the authorities to resolve this issue immediately.
