I deposited funds into my Rain Financial account, but it has been 2 days, and the money still hasn’t appeared in my account. There is no phone representative I can speak to, and when I contacted support, they mentioned that the funds are "stuck on the network" and will eventually be reflected in my account. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I regret using this exchange. I urgently request that the authorities resolve this issue promptly and ensure my funds are credited to my account without further delay.
