My BTCTurk Transfer Was Blocked - Money Frozen

Enpara blocked me after I transferred some of my funds back from the crypto exchange BTCTurk to my account. I don’t know whether to be upset about selling my crypto or about the bank freezing my money and blocking my access. I called their support, and they said they would get back to me on Friday morning, but by 4 p.m., no one had called. When I called again, they just stalled, saying they would return my call soon. At least transfer the money to my time deposit account so it can earn interest—how can you block both my access and my investment? They don’t even bother calling during business hours just so the 2 million liras stay in a non-interest-bearing account. I was going to use this money for a business purpose, but that plan is now on hold. How can banks act this carelessly? Because there’s no one to hold them accountable. No one will say, “You froze the money, kept it idle for two days, and caused loss to the customer.” If there were real justice in this country, they couldn’t act this way.
